Photo Lab 4, Aperture

Here are four photos that I took during my Digital Photography class this week. I had to take them by working with Aperture only, and not changing the shutter speed.

For this picture above, I laid down the camera on a bench and took a picture. The picture looks really nice and it's definitely one of my favourites. The bench does look a bit blurry but the angle makes the bench look long and big compared to the other things in the background.

For this picture I came close to the flower, so that the camera would focus on it and not the background. I was also underneath the flower while taking my shot. The background is blurry as I intended so I'm quite happy with this picture.

At first, I tried to focus the camera on the flower instead of the camera. But, it didn't listen to me so it turned out like this. The background looks crispy clean while the foreground looks incredibly blurry.

Over here I took a picture of rocks that my friend stacked up to take a picture off before me. Obviously, we took very different pictures and we both recieved different results too. In order to take this picture I sat down the camera in front of the rocks and took my shot while the lens was focusing on the background rather than on the rock arch.
